Bookkeeper/ Accounts and Office Assistant – Due to recent growth and internal changes, we are seeking to engage an experienced Bookkeeper/ Accounts and Office Assistant reporting directly to the General Manager. This is a key role within the organisation; therefore, it is essential that the successful candidate be a team player able to manage sensitive information in a discrete and professional manner.
This is an established role that requires an organised and methodical professional who works well to direction, and who also shows initiative within the role.
The position is for the set hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, however there may be a requirement to work outside of these hours on occasion.
In addition to the outlined requirements & skills, this role also covers reception duties while the company transitions through this growth period. Therefore you must be comfortable to greet guests, be happy to make tea & coffee when required, tidy meeting rooms, re-stock office supplies and undertake other tasks as requested by management.
To be successful in this role you will be highly motivated and results driven, friendly with a highly professional attitude.
