The Site Foreman was established by Managing Director Stephen Moore in 2003. The company has developed rapidly and is now a leading group of architects and residential project managers. The company is based in Sydney’s Inner West and has assisted thousands of clients with feasibility studies, architectural design, tender and residential project management.
The Site Foreman services a broad range of clients locally and along the eastern seaboard from the Northern Beaches, through the upper and lower North Shore, the Eastern Suburbs to the Sutherland Shire. Custom new homes, major renovations, alterations and additions is the core of the business, with a fast developing portfolio of duplexes, boarding houses and multi-residential projects.
Our Director, Stephen Moore, has over 25 years of industry experience in project management and construction.
Throughout his career, Stephen as developed visionary leadership and communication skills. He possess the ability to motivate and direct his expert team of architects, project managers and support staff to ensure they are collectively achieving exceptional results.
Recognising the need for a consolidated approach in the building industry, Stephen developed a one stop shop for a client ’s journey, from star t to finish, by creating The Site Foreman’s 3 step business model.
With that in mind, Stephen built a team of highly experienced and qualified professionals, with driven management, to include Design Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and Client Services.
