To further capitalise on its idyllic location, this waterfront reserve property at Clontarf underwent a significant renovation, while preserving the homes original footprint. The Site Foreman linked the new architectural design of the home with interior design to complete the stunning transformation.

Situated overlooking Middle Harbour, the goal of the architectural design was to fully appreciate the home’s magnificent views and introduce a flow of light, space and nature throughout the home. Glass features, creating light, were a key element of the design and were added in the kitchen, master bedroom and living areas. This was achieved through glass balustrades, skylights, glass walls and additional highlight windows.
