Major renovation and second storey extension
This original single level Federation home had significant issues that are common in older Sydney homes. The floors, ceilings and walls were gutted and upgraded. Upon discovering the second level views back over the Sydney city skyline, council approval was obtained to increase the size of the bedroom window to capitalise on the stunning vista. Clever storage was incorporated along the window seat. The client’s brief was to have a connection between the indoor & entertaining deck, this was achieved with a custom built bi fold windows situated in the kitchen.
