Knockdown rebuild with combined CDC and DA approval
Our client was the landlord of the former single-story dwelling and had made the decision to knock down and rebuild, creating his dream forever home ready return to Sydney’s Inner West.
Our architects had to go down the route of CDC as it allowed a larger dwelling size than that allowed by the council. In this instance, we required DA approval for the balcony due to this element not being permissible via the CDC process. Once again, The Site Foreman achieved outstanding results by combining CDC and DA approval processes.
