Earlier this month new TSF clients, Nelson and Vicky, instructed The Site Foreman to Design major alterations and additions to their new family home, also one of Sydney’s treasure homes, which they had acquired some weeks ago.
Whilst we absolutely treasure and celebrate each and every client who entrusts us on their journey of creating their ultimate dream home, this property came with a lot of history and plenty of treasured memories for the Mellor’s who’d sold the property to the Chens.
The property is situated in a stunning and sought-after position in the Lower North Shore suburb of Northbridge and already proudly encapsulates modernist architecture which the Chens really want to revive and celebrate whilst still having it feel like a new home for them.
Our team of architects and designers are very much looking forward to assisting the Chens on this unique and ambitious design to ensure that they fulfil their promise to the family and the memories that preceded them in this beautiful home, formerly belonging to the Mellor’s for over 50 years.
